Let's say 30 Major League Soccer Teams Now

How I'd fill the gaps.  Just a table-top gun to my head exercise:
25-30
For Sacramento, I'd go for the West Coast Capitol Club
-Detroit Arsenal
-Texas Excited in San Marcos
-Ohio Divided (Paul Brown Stadium and Cleveland Browns Field)
-Appalachia United Bootleggers for Nashville and Charlotte
-FC Arizona in Tucson

I would never have done an LAFC.  Hit a new market instead of doubling up.  Ditto for NYC.  There are places like Indianapolis and even Pittsburgh.  Popularity will bring it doubling again in the future.

Honorable mentions:  A team in Albuquerque or Santa Fe called "Viva New Mexico"?
St. Louis Shield
Pittsburgh Charter
Just the Carolina Crown
Gulf Armada (New Orleans, Tampa, Monterrey assortment)

What else?

Say No to two Los Angeles NFL Teams
MLB Exponentially Located
The Chivas should've been moved to Las Vegas Part-Time
Map of Major League Looks for MLS
Arizona Major League Soccer Franchise should be placed in Tucson

See way more talk of expansion, co-location and relocation of franchises for the

footballs, baseball, basketball and hockey on my blog.

Contribute to the pages to the right and comment below.  There's chatter like having a re-incarnated Whalers team in Hartford as well as Norfolk being shared between both towns, and two towns or more in each of the 5 major team sports.....like the West Coast Clippers, Tampa-Monterrey Rays, West Coast Raiders and Appalachia United Bootleggers.
