Next MLB Expansion Likely Canada or Mexico

Commissioner Manfred, the new MLB head, when questioned, said that he believed the newest expansion teams would likely be in Canada or Mexico.

Montreal, that looks good for you.  In the meantime, I wish you'd get a MiLB affiliate club to show that you enjoy watching the game, more in mass.  Otherwise, it just seems so French wanting premiere expose or nothing else.

Monterrey.  450 miles from Houston.
I'm going to do a diatribe:
If a new team would have to be had internationally in the next few years, as a dictator I'd look to a big build an experimental model to happen in Monterrey, Mexico.
According to my no-fail thoughts in expanding when a market is questionable, I'd prefer a shared team with combinations the likes of Las Vegas/Montreal, Las Vegas/Vancouver/Portland, Tampa/Monterrey named the Las Vegas - __________ Internationals or Voyagers baseball club.  But if I had to pick one internationally, despite the beauty of Vancouver, I would rather be a mean grizzly and touch toes in a passionate place of baseball.  And because the Miami Marlins put their foot down, I say no to Cuba.

See a few thoughts below
