Brand Expand

Oakland, even if you don't share one of your teams with Las Vegas and/or Portland you can create more belonging as a powerbrand with a small name change:  the West Coast Athletics.  Or Raiders.
Golden State California has worked out for you.  Instead of totally relocating as a franchise, consider co-locating.  You wouldn't want a fan base embassy in Vegas?!

What teams could do something like this and lay claim much like Carolina and New England franchise brands?  At least do something with Tampa and maybe bring the Florida Marlins name back.
