NBA Canada. In Montreal and Vancouver

Like I've blogblabbed before, it would've been nice for, instead of the Grizzlies vacating Vancouver, they would've co-located in Montreal for a Nord North Country brand to keep the NBA east to west strong for our neighbor north, still Big Country leaves.
