5 Teams Without a D-League Team. What Cities could be for them?

It's a league from which to call up players, and send down players for some playing time.

Of the 30 NBA teams, there are now 25 minor league affiliates (some having shared agreements).
It seems that the eventuality will be a team for a team with no sharing.

South Bay Lakers (name change) from LA D-Fenders
College Park, GA for Atlanta's suburban affiliate
Oshkosh, WI for the Bucks will play as Fox Valley _______
Grizzlies Memphis suburb in Mississippi
Erie BayHawks will move to Lakeland, Florida to overhaul for the Magic.

The five NBA teams without:
Denver, Washington, Clippers, New Orleans and Portland.

The buzz seems to be an Omaha team for the Nuggets.
Let me imagine the others.  If Nebraska somehow stalled, a Kansas City ShowMe State brand could work.
