Would there be a need for hemispheric rivalry? Tokyo. South Korea. Hong Kong. Beijing.
Then maybe Berlin, London and something like Sarajevo.
I think by virtue of leisure Australia and Japan are best suited.
I think that the western Pacific and Latin America will be playing MLB before MLB Europe. Will Australia and Japan come in at the same time as Monterrey or Mexico City, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Venezuela and Bogota?
