What to Do with Devil Rays

Keep that MLB franchise in the south.  But the true south.  The actual south.  Montreal another time.

Memphis?  New Orleans?
So, is it Charlotte or Nashville.  Why not both?


Question:  Could they be moved to Tennessee?

Question: Other musical cities?

Southland Band, traveling home-camp team?
Musically, Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans is a Southland Band.  What a name and traveling band that would be?!  Build a baseball stadium float off of Gulfsport.  Casino Field.

A part-time option to stay in Tampa-St. Pete?
