A's and Rays can Leave, but MLB doesn't have to Leave those Cities.

Oakland and Tampa.

If you share the California Angels and Florida Marlins in those towns, baseball can expand without expanding to 32 teams.  It could just expand by 2 or 4 (or more) cities to 26 or about 28 cities full-time on a part-time basis.  Ditto for some Rangers action in Austin/San Antonio.  Ditto for the Mets or Yankees in Buffalo.

Think the West Coast Athletics in Portland and Las Vegas and the Rays doing something else, as in my previous post.
