With international cities like Quebec City, Vancouver and Monterrey stepping up to fill in Triple-A expansion slots of the future for the likes of MLB Charlotte, San Antonio, Nashville and Vegas further down the road, this game of expanding by up to 8 more pro teams per one MLB expansion franchise is a finite dance.
