How about Reds switch Affiliate brands to new Minor Leagues?
The Dayton Dragons brand can go Double-A and be in the Eastern League or Southern.This Reds affiliate can come up from a Low-A brand, up a couple notches, switching places with the Chattanooga Lookouts (who are currently Dub-A for the Reds again). I know this would require moving some pieces around. Which parts of the board would you move? But I'm all for the Lookouts playing the Hot Rods team in Kentucky as part of the eastern division in the Midwestern League.
