and I also feel Louisville can be next with Portland (or something like San Diego again).
Not to say I'm not a little iffy on this one. I couldn't decide whether to entitle it "....cities before OKC, and I could give the edge to Louisville over OKC because the Okie State already touts the NBA.
If not for Toronto, honestly Kentucky Downs is my favorite for next expansion with some Portland franchise.
