Do St. Louis peops root for LA? I doubt it. Maybe some transient black Israelites do. They always have.

If the Bengals vacated Cincinnati and moved to Louisville, well ...  a lot of big Bengal fans might, and proximity helps. But Bengal nation would barely grow.
