St. Louis or Kansas City aren't sporting the NBA yet. The Kansas City-Omaha Kings were the NBA team before the Sacramento Kings. They played games in StL as well. The geography of the name covers Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, both Dakotas and Montana. That's one populated state with Omaha as part of 8 total states in name. From Omaha to Montana, I see some high school gyms getting filled for preseason action.
