Canada Airlines. MLB in Vancouver & Montreal

At least for both cities as one franchise.

They can be West, East or North Division aligned. Hell, if someone who is cozy with fancy schmantzy pants math can figure it being (maybe the sole team) both part of the American and National Leagues, do that. An entire farm system with new ballparks the big club can bounce to. All the top parks in all pro baseball, even if a few are 12k seaters.

I’m pretty sure someone can do a sleaker look to the cap or uni. One day the leaf. Next series the jet. That cool Special Operations logo in North American military forces history.  The goalie mask on Halloween. We will all be jealous. But another contender for Yankees level dollars, north pesos, whatever. A Sasquatch hat in Saskatoon. Air Canada. “Air Canada” to the “blame Canada tune”.

Nashville Stars minor league squads

Which level of baseball could be the Lexington Riders/ Kentucky Blues?

Or does Memphis Blue Birds sound like a better removal of St. Louis connection, in spite of the Mighty Miss Sizzip?

Should the old house in Nashville stand to keep some boys close? Could a trip-A or dub-A squad bounce between the capital and Knoxville, or should affiliates all swap out to have an all- Tennessee proximity to the big club’s house?

Below, I had made a fictitious minor league system, sharing a lot of current ballparks, with of course the suspensions of reality like the players union, stadium standards of respective levels of pro ball:

Jersey Kings MLB?

A few questions I have: where would be an ideal location? Is a barge stadium too much of a security pain? Could Jersey put their team on Staten Island, lol?

What kind of name does NJ want? The Barons. Jackals (the Jacks), the Hops?

Meta AI sucks. Protectionists gibberish

Staten Island has some views

WNBA specific stadium

And let me be real. Let’s make the seating lesser.

I’ll go further. In my scenario I’ll go for a WNBA city that has no NBA counterpart. Now, there’s Vegas and Connecticut. I’ll do Cincinnati.

Is that wise to be a smaller venue in a big build. No. Or inferring in a sexist or factual way “lesser”? And no. I’m suspending wisdom. Perhaps a smaller venue can be that of a junior college, or smaller campus.

If a big businessman and alum of a smaller school leverages alumni association & Vatican dollars he could build on his ol campus. Division 3 shiny arena fantasized. My hometown of Cincinnati has Mount St. Joseph and that fits the bill. 10,000 seat packed house. Maybe they can play some games in bigger venues in the decades to come. Maybe Cinci will have NHL and/or NBA by then.

Then we can call the team Queen City. The Cincinnati Royals again. Cincinnati Sisters (brought to you, in part, by the pope).

A.i. is wild ….and now you get the picture

Okay so maybe we should do 15k seats or even 18? Build some new eco parking garage or something

Oh my, A.i. I think whipped up a “futuristic” force-field dome.

The Seattle Trailsonics?!

If they have to take the Afroheavy franchise out of commie Portland, Las Vegas and Seattle aren’t as far a stretch as Louisville, even though Sin and Coffee rain city are thought to be tops for expansion bids according to buzz.

Decade in review ~2015 - …the Difference 10 years takes us to 2026

Baseball expansion burning on my mind, around 2015 I had Charlotte & Portland pegged for the nods.

In 2026 I’m seeing Nashville & Salt Lake City in their stead. Utah MLB was just not on my list of feasibility a decade ago. Speaking of Nashvegas…

I wasn’t huge on Vegas. Cautionary tales vacationland Yankee Florida, especially Tampa had me backed off even beyond gambling, let alone expanding the NBA to Sin City or scooting a MLB franchise there.

To me Big Four there in Vegas is still nuts. The economic incentives to diversify economic migrancy there beyond the service economy leaves me wonder if businesses will ever pay taxes there. Are they aiming for more visiting fans than home team ones?

Will NBA be back to Seattle? Will NHL ever be in Portland. How hard does ice melt in Houston or Austin? Arizona isn’t Coyotes anymore. They reincarnated in Utah. Ice melts there an a Mammoth came out. Big league hockey costs almost the most money it takes for a market to support a team. MLB takes an amount well north of $100 billion to house a team. Then NHL at about half that. Then NFL. Then NBA. And alas MLS. The money is over the mountain in Utah baseball.

I guess I should mention it was actually floated out into the business of baseball to consider splitting time for the ol’ devil Rays to part time in Tampa along with Montreal. Forget it, Frenchies. The try didn’t go through.

Any hoot, time flies. Any NFL Maps search in my blog will show there’s no enormous gaps beckoning the league, but you can bet the momentum in the likes of Utah, and abandoned mirages of San Diego and Oakland can feel fever pitch.

MLS with/without Maps

Gateway vs. Southlakes

Football Club insert town name.

Soccer Club city state

I guess saying a city is a tiger is as lame as any other logo staffed with mercenaries from outside the hometown, let alone country, but I just wish there was a little more fun with it. NBA has the Golden State Warriors.

I’m thinking of fun names like The Ranch. Oklahoma or New Mexico? Ranchers United.

A team for Appalachia: Bootleggers Utd.

There are more in the blog. Armada. Great Lakes. Couldn’t Saint Louis and hockey camps Southlakes for Atlanta and Houston be funner? Yeah, funner.

Oh, AI. You’re goofy still.

Pick some Lady Basketleague Teams

Meta AI sucks. For the Boston Dollies, they called you people the Dolts in a fancy manner. So the AI might be generated from London. Tried twice for St. Louis Keepers and the AI must be a Francophone from the Congo. The Florida Miracles and Carolina Cats are proudly presented.

Datacastle on YouTube

Note that LV and Connecticut are the franchises without NBA counterparts

We Wish? Ladies KC Cowgirls vs. Nashville Drive….or…this WNBA

Kansas City Drive contextually has history. But KC Cowgirls has alliteration.

What names should they be?

WNBA next gal towns

Where next? NBA towns like Denver? San Antonio and Houston used to.

St. Louis and KC are the Show Me state minus the guys. Back to Utah and Florida also maybe. New markets like Cinci, Pittsburgh or even Omaha & Boise. White viewership is undeniably important.

Nashville and Austin are hip towns. Tennessee Dollies. Her effigy sewing a flag on a rocker. Honolulu’s turn maybe. Montreal. The Calgary Dames. The league used to be in towns like Tulsa, Charlotte and Miami.

NBA -without states map

For me, Las Vegas should trade MLB to have another team.

How about a team called Showmen for the Show-me state?

A team called West Coast could have a bigger Alaskan Hawaiian fan base along with Seattle and Vegas.

Should I dot Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, St.L, KC?

NHL with&without Maps

 Toronto 2? Ontario, Not California.

Some say Houston. Saskatoon Squatch.

Portland should build Biggest Triple-A Stadium

Then it could exhibit big league baseball. Vegas will have your West Coast Athletics tees ready, and then you could pawn off your Portland apparel at least a couple times per year.

Do 17,500 seats

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Triple-A_baseball_stadiums#

Congrats on the situation you got now, I guess.

We Wish: Kentucky Horsemen taking on the West Coast Whales

First series hits the hardwood in Louisville before a later meet, hopping onto the Whales home court in Seattle before docking camp a little later in Las Vegas.

Doesn’t the horse’s nose double as a Reaper of the apocalypse?

Looky there. MLB viewers.

Nebraska, Wyoming and New Mexico. Some random person shout, “how dare you?!”

Poor Rangers and Angels. It’s a case for San Antonio. If DC can be the Nationals, there can be the San Antonio Americans.

Move the Rays. Make Marlins Florida again.
