NHL Cities before Halifax

My vote is Austin before, if ever, Houston.  Halifax, and any of Canada really, is most deserving of an NHL franchise.  I wish the East Coast Whalers are reborn, co-located in Virginia Beach and Hartford.

Also, it would be neat for Halifax, in the meantime, to share as (greater) Toronto's second team.  For such a two-place team I like the name Atlantic Travelers.
